MiDEx's next-gen excimer light source

 MiDEx, from the Science and Technology Facilities Council, has developed a next-generation excimer light source that overcomes the limitations of conventional excimer lamps used for surface cleaning, etching, and sterilisation. With higher power densities and a longer lifespan, it's an innovative solution that's already gaining traction in industries where excimer lamps were previously deemed too costly.
